Welcome to cub.ooo! These terms explain how our nursery management platform works, what we expect from users, and what you can expect from us. By using cub.ooo, you're agreeing to these terms.

About Us

What cub.ooo Does

cub.ooo is a SaaS platform designed for nurseries, pre-nurseries, and reception classes. Our platform helps with:

• Daily communication between parents and teachers
• Attendance tracking and reporting
• Parent engagement through photos and updates
• Administrative management and organization

Who Can Use cub.ooo

• Nursery Administrators: Must be authorized representatives of licensed childcare facilities
• Teachers & Staff: Must be employed by or affiliated with the nursery
• Parents & Guardians: Must be legal guardians of enrolled children
• Age Requirement: All users must be 18 years or older

Your Responsibilities

All Users Must:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Keep login credentials secure and not share accounts
• Use the platform only for legitimate nursery-related purposes
• Respect other users' privacy and follow community guidelines
• Report any security issues or inappropriate behavior

Nursery Administrators Must:

• Ensure they have proper authorization to use the service for their facility
• Obtain necessary parental consent for sharing children's information
• Maintain appropriate licenses and certifications for their nursery
• Ensure staff members are properly trained on using the platform

Subscription & Billing

Plans & Pricing:

• We offer monthly and annual subscription plans
• Pricing is per nursery/school, not per individual user
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

Payment Terms:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance
• Annual plans are billed yearly on your subscription date
• Monthly plans are billed monthly on your subscription date
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy:

No refunds are provided for any subscription fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with immediate effect

Data & Content

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, messages, etc.)
• You grant us permission to store and display your content as part of the service
• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload content
• You must have parental consent before uploading children's photos or information

Our Platform:

• We own the cub.ooo platform, software, and related intellectual property
• You get a license to use our platform while you're a subscriber
• You can't copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software

Service Availability

We strive to keep cub.ooo running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

We're not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions, though we'll always work quickly to resolve any issues.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. terms.privacy.link to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or app notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Delaware state law and U.S. federal law. Any disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.
